Seventh gift for #SIB2015 - a play/a book more than 100 years old

So today's (7th January actually)book was The Merchant of Venice by William Shakespeare (felt like he deserves having his first name mentioned as much as the next guy), not read this and looking forward to it - I haven't read a play in years, I'll feel like I'm back in English literature classes, which of course I loved:)
Sorry for the sideways photos, can't work out how to rotate right now! This reminds me that I have a few Tom Stoppard plays, one of which I read for A level in fact, I am definitely lending you my favourite one, Arcadia, so that you can read it as a play for the #SIB2015 challenge this year, will add to pile to give you this weekend:) you'll just have to ignore the notes in the margins from studying it!

  1. Quick update - just looked for Aracdia and is not here! Can't work out if that means I lent it to someone, if is at home for some reason, or if has to give it back after exams! Pretty sure I bought new copies of books and gave them in instead though so could keep my copies, eg I have my copy of Hamlet still- I am going to ask around! And in the meantime have put another Stoppard play in the pile instead!
